Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are shipped via UPS and their shipping days.
If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Our site offers 2 different flat rate shipping prices. 0-5 lbs and 5-20 lbs. if you have any questions as to which you need to choose, Please call customer service and we will let you know what need to be chosen.
Customer service is our top priority. If you have any special requests, special timing issues for your product or any specific instructions.

UPS standard ground, usually within 2 business days, east coast, 3-5 business days west coast UPS 2 day Air when available
*Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery address within the continental United States. If you require overnight delivery, please call or message before purchase so that we can work out the details to meet your needs
Delivery delays can occasionally occur. We work hard with UPS to ensure that your packages get delivered as soon as possible.
Shipments must be made to physical addresses. Please do not use a Post office box as it will delay or cancel the delivery.
www.marklegrandfashion.com ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and AP0/FP0/DP0 addresses.
Shipments outside the continental United States need to be verified with customer service before purchase please as to not delay your Shipment and have added costs.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
www.marklegrandfashion.com and its parent company MarkLeGrand LLC is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping is the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
If you received your order damaged please contact customer service immediately so that we can start the claim process.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

RETURNS ARE EXCEPTED ON A CASE BY CASE BASIS. Please contact customer service to discuss the reason for the return. Products are inspected prior to shipping to ensure there is no damage. Damage can sometimes occur. During the shipping process and those cases will be handled with our carrier at our expense. If your item is returned after approval from customer service, the return shipping is the customers responsibility. All tags and packaging must be included with the return and the item must not have been worn for any reason. Exchanges for size or other reasons are excepted, however, however, must be completed through customers service.
